OVERVIEW

We ship all Chai-ya orders from New York City via FedEx. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, rates, and delivery estimates.

PROCESSING TIME

Every bottle of Chai-ya is made to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

SHIPPING RATES

• Standard Shipping — $15.90 on orders under $100
• Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more

Shipping is calculated at checkout and will be reflected in your order summary before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All orders are shipped via FedEx standard service within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not available yet — stay tuned.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a FedEx tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package directly on the FedEx website at fedex.com.

We do our best to get your chai to you as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
