I'm obsessed with chai — and I want to share that obsession with you, wherever you are. Growing up Indian-American, chai was a constant in my life. It lived in my grandmother's kitchen, in family gatherings, in slow mornings and late-night conversations. As I grew older, my curiosity took me far beyond those closely-held family recipes. I chased chai across India and across the world of the Indian Ocean — from ancient diasporas in the Middle East to vibrant communities in Southeast Asia. The people, stories, hands, and flavors I met along the way shaped this chai. I am deeply grateful to them.

This bottle is inspired by the bounty of India and the broader world that has carried chai with it for centuries.
